The Federation of Polish Power Industry Employer Unions comprises the following authorities:

The General Assembly is the highest organ of authority of The Federation of Polish Power Industry Employer Unions. It appoints the Management Board and the Audit Committee, approves programmes, as well as Federation policy, budgets and reports.
The Management Board supervises Federation duties in keeping with General Assembly Resolutions.
